Car Parks
3 car park options available:

Please use either the large patient car park off Douglas Road, the designated GP Car Park behind the surgery or the car park at the Salvation Army centre, Meadow Way, Aylesbury HP20 1XS

Blue badge drivers and patients with limited mobility should use either the large patient car park or the Doctors Car park as these are the nearest to the entrance.

The car parks will be busy. Please drive carefully. If you can walk or cycle to the practice, please do consider this option. 

Entrances 
Please enter the practice via the main front door on Douglas Road or the doors from the Doctors Car Park. 

Clothing
Please wear short sleeves so we can easily access your arm.

We are only open for Flu vaccines. We are unable to address any other clinical matters during the Flu Clinic

• Pre-booked Covid Vaccines take place at Oakfield Surgery NOT Poplar Grove
• The queue may look big, but it will move fast as we have a full team of vaccinators in to get you fully protected for the winter
• Our staff are giving up their Saturday mornings to ensure we can get as many patients vaccinated as possible. We are all looking forward to seeing you
