Chronic Disease Management with a particular interest in Diabetes, Asthma & COPD and Elderly Care.
As a Pharmacist I have specialist training on medications and can therefore carry out medication reviews, deal with prescription queries, hospital discharge letters and outpatient prescriptions and conduct long term clinics for patients with conditions such as Asthma, COPD and Diabetes. I am an Independent Prescriber and can therefore change medication regimens and issue prescriptions if required. I recently completed a minor ailments course and will be assisting the GP's by offering this service soon.
Ideally the Pharmacist should be the patient's first port of call with a medication query.
I live in Milton Keynes with my husband and 2 children. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking and Zumba Classes

I have been a Midwife at Stoke Mandeville Hospital since 2016 working on Rothschild Ward, Labour Ward and Aylesbury Birth Centre. I will be continuing my role within the hospital alongside working as a community midwife with Lucy at Poplar Grove Practice.
Outside of work I enjoy walking my dog, running and travelling!

Charlotte and myself are doing a duel role where we work in the community and labour ward, which will allow us to use all our midwifery skills but also hopefully care for some of our women in labour too, enabling continuity of care for them.
Outside of work I like seeing friends and family, spending lots of time with my two little nephews.
